Q. Can I pick up my order?

A. Please book ahead to confirm a contact-less pick up date and time from our Nunawading store. Orders will not be prepared unless specific arrangements are made.

Q. Do greeting cards come with an envelope?

A. Yes

Q. I can't find my downloaded printable?

A. Go to your downloads folder and check for the .pdf file. Another copy can be sent to your email address supplied if requested.
